We curate artistic families for groundbreaking creatives and their challenging work by leading the process with humanity.
We do this not only by finding talent from all walks of life, talent pools, and levels of access to industry resources—but by seeking to understand artists separate from, and beyond, only the talent they show in the audition room.
We aim to build communities of storytellers who will work brilliantly and cohesively toward a common goal. Beyond asking whether someone has the skills to do the job, we ask: How will their humanity enhance the creative space? What questions might they ask that we would never think to ask? How could an artist’s vision transform our initial concept in ways we didn’t anticipate? How might their creative process reveal new possibilities for the project?
We are genuinely interested in artists as human beings outside of the professional world and strive to create environments where actors can show who they are quickly and safely to the teams they hope to join.
As casting directors, we also maintain rich relationships with agents, managers, educators, choreographers, and creatives who introduce us to—and help us better understand—the artists they champion. We have found that this holistic approach to casting leads to productions with fewer interpersonal challenges, deeper mutual respect, and a strong foundation for meaningful creation.

Challenging, deep-dive, immersive work is what we do.
Theatre that focuses on the communal aspects of storytelling, delving into the art of transformative and illuminating experience for an audience. I am deeply committed to casting projects that resonate on a profound level with theatergoers and engage all of their senses.
Whether it's exploring untold stories from history or shining a light on contemporary social injustice, I approach each casting and creative process with a sense of reverence for the material and a dedication to finding actors who can authentically embody the characters and themes at hand, while engaging audience members in a way that both challenges them and remains safe.

These are the Standards of Practice that we hold ourselves—and all members of our team—accountable to for as long as we are in business.
We serve creatives with integrity, usefulness, privacy, and responsiveness.
We show respect for all creatives by creating clean, safe, focused, prepared, and engaging spaces.
We do not touch a creative collaborator without verbal consent, nor do we use harassing, inappropriate, or invasive language. We commit to providing a safe environment in which collaborators can voice discomfort of any kind, and we take responsibility for making necessary changes to ensure their safety.
We actively avoid conflicts of interest between creatives whenever possible.
We choose the demands of the work over the gratification of ego.
We do not engage in caustic criticism of another creative’s work for the sake of elevating our own prestige. Instead, we engage in thoughtful, rigorous conversation that advances the art form.
We observe courtesy and comport ourselves in strict compliance with industry standards, best practices, and union rules.
We create environments and pathways that support equitable access to services, resources, and decision-making.
We direct our efforts so that when we leave the industry, it stands as a stronger, more equitable, more inclusive, and more truthful institution because of our labor.
